This is the authoritative English version of this document.
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Use. By using CoListing you agree not to use the Service for any of the following.
Prohibited items
You may not upload photos of, describe, or prepare listings for:
- illegal or stolen goods, or goods you have no right to sell;
- counterfeit or fake goods, including replicas presented as originals;
- weapons, ammunition, or explosives;
- drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia;
- identity or official documents, bank cards, or other payment instruments;
- sexual content involving minors (reported to authorities where required by law);
- device-lock, activation-lock, or account-lock circumvention services;
- any item whose advertising is unlawful in the market where you intend to publish the listing.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- upload photos you do not own or are not authorised to use;
- create fraudulent or deliberately misleading listings, or use the Service to deceive buyers;
- impersonate another person or business;
- infringe third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights;
- attempt to circumvent moderation, rate limits, or other Service restrictions.
Enforcement
Content may be blocked by automated and manual moderation, and accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations (see the Terms). A moderation block of content you submitted is a violation of this policy and does not entitle you to a refund of consumed credits. If you believe a block was a false positive caused by generated output rather than your input, contact support — see the Refund Policy.
