Operator
The Service is operated by the person identified in the Operator information box on this page (the ‘Operator’). The Operator provides CoListing as an international pilot service through Telegram and the CoListing website. Support and complaint channels are listed below and in the Operator information box.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. The Service is intended for users who prepare listings for professional or commercial purposes. The Service is not directed at children. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Supported jurisdictions
The Service is available wherever Telegram operates and use of the Service is lawful. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the Service and any item you advertise is lawful in the market where you intend to publish the listing. The Service is not directed at residents of the Russian Federation or territories under comprehensive sanctions. The Operator may restrict or refuse access where required by law or service risk.
Description of the Service
CoListing provides editable AI-assisted listing drafts. The Service may suggest titles, descriptions, attributes, and non-binding price indications based on the information and photos you provide. You review, edit, and decide whether to publish the draft independently. CoListing does not guarantee that a draft is complete, accurate, unique, or accepted by any marketplace.
No marketplace or agency relationship
CoListing is not a marketplace, broker, agent, appraiser, or authenticity expert. The Operator does not verify ownership, authenticity, condition, legality, or the right to sell any item. The Operator does not participate in payment, delivery, returns, buyer disputes, or marketplace enforcement. The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, appraisal, or other professional advice, and it does not publish listings automatically.
User representations and warranties
You represent and warrant that you have the right to sell the depicted item and to use the photos and other content you upload. You also represent that you have obtained any required consent from identifiable people shown in the photos. You represent that the item is not stolen, counterfeit, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful to advertise in the relevant market. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to the Service.
Responsibility for the final listing and sale
You must verify AI output before publishing any listing. You are responsible for the final title, description, price, photos, attributes, condition statements, and mandatory disclosures. You are also responsible for marketplace rules, your own taxes, buyer communication, payment arrangements, delivery, returns, and any sale dispute. A CoListing draft does not remove your responsibility for the published listing or transaction.
AI output disclaimer
AI-assisted draft. Verify all product details, legality, condition, authenticity and price before publishing. AI output may misidentify the item, invent or omit attributes, misjudge condition or authenticity, and produce text that is not unique. You should edit the draft where necessary and independently check important claims before publishing.
Pricing disclaimer
The suggested price is an automated, non-binding indication based on potentially incomplete information. It is not an appraisal and does not guarantee a sale or market value. Market conditions, item condition, location, buyer demand, platform rules, and your own negotiation can affect the actual sale price. You choose the final listing price.
User content licence
You retain your rights in photos, text, descriptions, and other materials you provide to the Service (“User Content”). You grant the Operator a limited licence to host, transmit, reproduce, modify and process User Content solely as necessary to provide, secure and support the Service. This licence ends when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to lawful retention of records described in the Privacy Policy.
Photos, originals, and the delivery window
CoListing is not a photo storage or backup service; you are responsible for keeping your original photos. Uploaded photos are processed only to generate the draft and, in the Mini App, temporarily buffered to deliver the completed result to your Telegram chat. Delivery of a Mini App result must be requested within the 24-hour delivery window described in the Privacy Policy; after the window ends the buffered photo copies become permanently unavailable and a new analysis is required. Do not include personal data that is not needed for the listing — such as identity documents, faces of bystanders, home addresses, or vehicle registration plates — and crop or mask such details before uploading.
No AI training without opt-in
The Operator does not use User Content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in. Processing needed to generate your requested result is not an opt-in to model training. If an opt-in is offered later, it will be separate from acceptance of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Content may be blocked by automated or manual moderation. Violations may lead to refusal of a request, suspension, or termination of access to the Service. You may not try to bypass moderation, rate limits, payment controls, or other Service restrictions.
Payments - Telegram Stars
During the pilot, paid features are purchased only with Telegram Stars inside Telegram. The credit count, validity period, price, and relevant deduction terms are shown before payment. One credit is consumed only for a successfully delivered analysis, except for the charged outcomes described in the Refund Policy. By purchasing you request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the Service is delivered.
Refunds
Refund and credit-restoration rules are described in the Refund Policy. Contact support if Stars were charged but credits were not added, a credit was consumed but no result was delivered, you were charged twice, or another refund ground described in the Refund Policy applies. A delivered result is normally not refunded only because you dislike it, the item does not sell, or a marketplace rejects the listing.
Consumer provisions
The Service is intended for professional and commercial use. If mandatory consumer-protection law applies to you despite the intended professional audience, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by agreement; the indemnity and the liability cap apply to consumers only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any withdrawal, refund, or mandatory remedy that cannot be waived remains available to the extent required by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, security controls, or applicable law. The Operator may also restrict access to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. If the Operator terminates access for a reason not caused by your violation, unspent purchased credits will be refunded or restored where technically available. Termination caused by your violation does not affect already accrued rights or lawful record retention.
Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify the Operator against third-party claims arising from User Content, the advertised item, the published listing, infringement of third-party rights, misleading statements, unlawful sales or breach of the Terms. This obligation covers reasonable costs, losses, and expenses resulting from such claims. It applies to consumers only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, marketplace suspension, actions of buyers, or indirect or consequential damages.
The Operator’s total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING_LAW_COUNTRY], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Courts or authorities with mandatory jurisdiction may still have powers that cannot be excluded by these Terms. The governing-law placeholder must be replaced before paid advertising begins.
Complaints and contact
Use /paysupport, /feedback, or /report in the Telegram bot, or email the address shown in the Operator information box on this page. Payment disputes are answered within 3 business days. Other support requests are handled during the pilot as capacity allows. Include enough detail for the Operator to identify the relevant payment, request, or listing draft.
Changes to these Terms
The current version and its date are shown on this page. The Operator may update these Terms as the Service changes or legal requirements develop. Material changes require re-acceptance in the app before continued use of gated Service features. Non-material clarifications may take effect when published.
